Empty Threats: Why Trump's Vow to Strike North Korea Was a Bluff

While the White House threatened Pyongyang with a potential strike in the event of a new nuclear weapons test in North Korea, the US striking group was actually moving away from the Korean Peninsula. "There will be no strike against North Korea," Russian political scientist Alexei Gusev told Radio Sputnik.
It appears that Donald Trump's "armada," led by the USS Carl Vinson, an aircraft carrier, had only been approaching North Korea figuratively.
"We are sending an armada. Very powerful. We have submarines, very powerful, far more powerful than the aircraft carrier, that I can tell you," Trump told Fox Business Network, specifying that the deployment was part of the US response to Pyongyang's "provocations."

Mother Of All Fake News: The North Korea Crisis 2 – US Carrier Group Never Even Sent to North Korea

On April 17th I wrote:
“Faced with 4 major stories that threatened the interests of the Masters of the Universe, the 5 Eyes of the Deep State unleashed the power of their fake news mill to distract the unwashed masses…
… we were told at first that our Deep State intelligence agencies (who are constantly getting everything wrong) had it on good “intelligence” that craAAAaaaAAzy Kim Jung Un was going to stage another nuclear weapons test underground somewhere in the country on Saturday..
… (we were told) “There has been a FAILED North Korean missile test!!!”..
… (but) (t)he (failed) missile launch never happened. The intelligence community didn’t get any information about a pending nuclear weapons test either.
It was all FAKE NEWS and it was indeed the Mother Of All Fake News (MOAFN?)
I concluded that none of it happened. The whole thing was a manufactured distraction to keep the press from covering 4 very troubling stories that had developed recently:

  1. The Syrian chemical weapons attack is being expose as a Deep State-backed false flag operation
  2. Britain and the 5 Eyes did actually spy on the Trump campaign on behalf of Hillary in an effort to thwart our democracy
  3. 68 children (“BABIES!”) killed by the Deep State’s “moderate” terrorists in Aleppo bus bombing
  4. Trump has changed his position on 7 or 8 key campaign promises in the past 12 days (he’s come around to the Deep State’s wishes)
We were also told newly declared “presidential” Trump (so noted because he bombed a country on the say-so of “ISIS” and al Qaeda propagandists) had sent a carrier group to North Korea to serve as a deterrent for the nuclear test that was never going to happen. Everyone in the complicit media started frothing at the mouth over the possibility of being a “war-time reporter” as they endless babbled on about how impressive this show of force from Trump was. Though Tillerson played it down, Trump railed on and on about it and the submarines traveling with the group.
“On Wednesday, Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said that the deployment was routine. Speaking to reporters in Moscow, he said there was “no particular objective” to its current course, adding that he “would not read too much” into its recent deployment to the waters near the Korean Peninsula” CNN
Guess what?
That was a lie as well. A complete and total fabrication. The carrier group attached to the U.S.S. Carl Vinson, was photographed off the coast of Indonesia doing drills with the Australian navy. Not only was it not on it’s way… it was never intending to go there. The whole thing was another lie.

Trump 'armada' to North Korea headed in wrong direction
An aircraft carrier the United States said 11 days ago was sailing to waters off the Korean Peninsula in response to Pyongyang's recent missile launches was in fact heading in the opposite direction, the US armed forces admitted yesterday.

Is the US Getting Ready to Attack North Korea?;Unusual Full Senate Briefing Will Be Held by White House

The Trump administration is preparing to brief all 100 senators this week on the situation in North Korea, reports MarketWatch.

The unusual full-Senate briefing is scheduled for Wednesday, according to reports, and comes after Trump criticized North Korea’s “continued belligerence” in a phone call with President Xi Jinping of China on Sunday. In a separate call with German Chancellor Angela Merkel on Monday, Trump discussed “the urgent security challenge posed by North Korea,” the White House said.

Trump hasn't  disclosed his intentions, but Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe said that in their Sunday phone call Trump “has indicated by his words and actions that all possible options are on the table.”

Reuters reports that all 100 senators have been invited to the White House for a briefing by Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, Secretary of Defense Jim Mattis, Director of National Intelligence Dan Coats and Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Gen. Joseph Dunford.

It should also be noted that Vice President Mike Pence is cutting his Pacific trip short and will be back in Washington on Tuesday, one day earlier than scheduled.

Pence has been traveling around the Pacific rim, including stops in South Korea and Japan.  The vice president also visited Indonesia and Australia.

On Sunday, he arrived in arrived in Pago Pago, American Samoa but will skip a scheduled trip to visit the USS Arizona memorial at the Pearl Harbor site in Hawaii.

’Status quo in N. Korea unacceptable’: Trump scolds UNSC to up payments, wants more sanctions

President Donald Trump chastised the UN Security Council for underperforming and called on it to “impose additional and stronger sanctions” on North Korea during a meeting with UNSC ambassadors at the White House.
"The status quo in North Korea is also unacceptable, and the council must be prepared to impose additional and stronger sanctions on the North Korean nuclear and ballistic missile programs,” Trump said during the luncheon.
Trump also took a jab at the UN for ignoring threats like North Korea “for far too long.”
"This is a real threat to the world, whether we want to talk about it or not. North Korea is a big world problem and it's a problem that we have to finally solve," he said. “People put blindfolds on for decades and now it’s time to solve the problem.”

Big Grin
